Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
1. Introduction
P&L Enterprises LLC (“P&L Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a residential exterior contracting company headquartered at 400 W Warehouse Court, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about visitors to our website, pandlse.com (the “Site”), and about individuals who contact us by form, phone, or email.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on the Site (including our Request an Estimate, Financing, and Contact Us forms), call us, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing or project address, and any other information you choose to provide, such as details about your project or service request.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies, including:
IP address, browser type, device information, and general location data;
Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and other usage and navigation data;
The website, advertisement, or search result that referred you to the Site, including campaign (UTM) parameters;
A unique, randomly generated visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie, along with page visit counts and referrer information.
Lead and marketing data. Our marketing and lead management systems may associate the information above with additional information such as your occupation or demographic information, marketing preferences, purchase or inquiry history with us, and publicly available social media profile information.
Phone call information. The Site uses call tracking technology that displays unique tracking phone numbers to different visitors. When you call one of these numbers, we collect your phone number, the date and time of the call, and the page, advertisement, or campaign that generated the call. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and training purposes where permitted by law; where required, you will be notified at the start of the call.
Information we do not collect through Site tracking. Our website tracking tools are designed to exclude sensitive data such as passwords, credit card and bank account numbers, Social Security numbers,
driver’s license and passport numbers, dates of birth, health or biometric information, and information about race, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, or sexual orientation. Please do not submit sensitive information of this kind through our website forms.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following tools and technologies on the Site, some of which are operated on our behalf by our digital marketing provider, WebFX:
Google Tag Manager, which deploys and manages other measurement tags on the Site.
Google Analytics 4 (with Google Signals), which measures Site traffic and visitor behavior. Google Signals adds cross-device reporting and estimated demographic and interest data based on visitors who are signed in to a Google account with ads personalization enabled.
Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, which measures the effectiveness of our advertising and enables interest-based advertising. The remarketing tag sets third-party advertising cookies, which means that after visiting the Site, you may see P&L Enterprises advertisements on other websites in Google’s advertising network.
First-party lead tracking (RevenueCloudFX), a tracking snippet served from our own domain that uses first-party cookies and browser localStorage to capture leads, form submissions, referral sources, campaign parameters, and a unique anonymous visitor identifier.
Server-side tracking (via Cloudflare), an additional tracking layer that operates at the server level to record leads and conversions that browser-based tracking may miss, including for visitors using ad-blocking tools.
CallTrackerFX, a call tracking script that assigns tracking phone numbers and maintains a temporary matching cache so inbound calls can be attributed to the marketing source that generated them.
Google reCAPTCHA v3, which runs on certain Site forms to detect and reduce automated spam. reCAPTCHA evaluates visitor interactions, such as mouse movement and browsing behavior, and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Google Fonts, which loads web fonts for page styling directly from Google’s servers. Loading these fonts causes your browser to send a request, including your IP address, to Google.
Honeypot spam protection, a hidden form-field technique used to filter automated spam submissions. It does not collect information from legitimate visitors.
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, reCAPTCHA, and Google Fonts are services provided by Google LLC and are governed by Google’s own privacy policies, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Managing cookies. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions. See Section 5 for advertising-specific opt-outs.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
Respond to your estimate requests, financing inquiries, and other messages;
Provide, schedule, and manage our contracting services;
Measure Site traffic and understand how visitors use the Site;
Attribute leads, form submissions, and phone calls to the marketing source that generated them;
Advertise our services, including through remarketing to prior Site visitors;
Communicate with you about your project, our services, and promotions;
Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; and
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Interest-Based Advertising and Your Choices
Because we use Google Ads remarketing, third-party advertising cookies may be used to show you our advertisements on other websites based on your prior visits to the Site. You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at adssettings.google.com. You can learn more about interest-based advertising and opt out of participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics measurement by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, including our digital marketing provider (WebFX), analytics and advertising providers (Google), our website and infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare), and our customer relationship management and lead management systems. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of P&L Enterprises, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If P&L Enterprises is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of its business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent.
7. Calls and Text Messages
By providing your phone number through the Site or by calling us, you consent to receive calls and text messages from P&L Enterprises regarding your inquiry, estimate, or project, including calls placed manually or using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may opt out of marketing calls by telling the caller or by contacting us using the information in Section 13.
8. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
Information collected through the Site is stored on servers located in the United States. Our service providers use safeguards that include encryption of data in transit and at rest, firewalls, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact information in Section 13, and we will process verified requests and direct our service providers to do the same, subject to any legal retention requirements.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, which may include the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to access a copy of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
10. Visitors Outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for visitors located in the United States. P&L Enterprises provides services only in the southeastern United States. If you visit the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Leads and calls originating from European Union IP addresses are excluded from advertising audience exports and email marketing platforms.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and post the updated policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
